The Club Annual General Meeting is held every year in April or May, either in Central London, or hosted by a Branch. The business part of the meeting is normally followed by some entertainment.

The 71st Club Annual General Meeting will take place at the Dorking Christian Centre, Church Street, Dorking, RH4 1DW on 11th May 2024, commencing at 2.00 pm, and will be chaired by Cedric Spiller, Club Chairman.
