Our meetings are held on Thursdays (normally the last of the month),
and take place in the
Primary Room at the United Reformed Church Hall,
Addiscombe Grove, Croydon, CR0 5LP.

This is 3 minutes walk from East Croydon Railway Station, local bus routes and Tramlink,
with car parking available on site.

Meetings start at 19.30 and finish by 22.00
with a break for refreshments.
A collection is made to defray expenses (recommended donation 3)
Meetings are open to all with an interest in Railways: visitors are always welcome.

Stuart Dennison returns, with the story of the Island’s Railways as they used to be.

Thursday 25th May 7.00pm Short EGM to examine and adopt the AGM minutes

7.30 pm Railway Heritage Trust
Andy Savage, Executive Director of the Trust, comes to tell us about it, and its work ensuring that Britain's Railway heritage is retained and preserved for future generations.

Thursday 29th June Rails Through Lakeland: The Cockermouth, Keswick and Penrith Railway. Mike Peascod relates the story of one England's most scenic lines, unfortunately felled by the Beeching Axe.

Tom Jedski presents colour slides taken by Richard Biddick in the last years of British Steam

Stephen Wiggs & John Jones come and tell us about what's been happening in Eastern Europe

Thursday 21st December USA Steam and Diesel Today
Preservation & Modern Day Scenes in the USA, presented by Brian Garvin.

We also plan to participate in the next Croydon Railbrains inter Society quiz.
